A delicious version of the chocolate martini by Canadian Chef, Michael Smith. Chocolate and Irish cream, you'll love this dessert cocktail. I did not include the time that it needs to cool. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 cups 35% cream |
16 ounces milk chocolate, chopped |
1 cup irish cream |
white chocolate, shaved, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Gently heat the cream until it is simmering. Pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts. Cool then stir in the liqueur. Chill. 2. Pour into martini glasses and top with optional garnish. |
