Yummie fudge, servings depends on how big or small you cut the pieces. Ingredients:
1 jar (7 1/2 to 13 oz.) marshmallow cream |
1 1/2 c. sugar |
2/3 c. evaporated milk |
1/4 c. butter |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. nestles' toll house semi sweet chocolate morsels |
1/2 c. chopped nuts |
1 tsp. vanilla |
makes 2 1/4 pounds candy. |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to full boil stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate morsels; stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into foil lined 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm. |
