CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING...Enough for two 8 cakes. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
3 tbsp. cornstarch |
dash of salt |
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, grated |
1 cup boiling water |
1 tbsp butter |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cornstarch; add chocolate and salt. 2. Add boiling water. 3. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. 4. Add butter and vanilla. 5. Spread hot frosting on cooled cake for a glossy look. 6. Remains soft and smooth. |
