I got this recipe from . It is smooth, creamy and not too dark. It will frost, but not fill a 9 cake. I think chocolate lovers everywhere will enjoy this recipe. VERY simple to make. Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar |
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
6 tablespoons butter |
5 tablespoons evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, sift together the confectioner sugar & cocoa powder, set aside. 2. In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth. 3. Gradually beat in sugar mixture alternating with evaporated milk. 4. Blend in vanilla. Beat until light & fluffy. 5. If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar. |
