75 g bitter chocolate (zartbitter) |
75 g milk chocolate (vollmilchschokolade) |
200 ml heavy cream (whipping cream) |
3 eggwhites (size large) |
for decoration you might want some mint leaves, choppede chocolate or some chocolate leaves in white and dark chocolate - whatever, use your imagination |
Directions:
1. melt chocolate in double boiler 2. let cool a bit 3. beat eggwhite until stiff 4. beat cream not quite stiff (semi-stiff?) 5. carefully fold eggwhites into chocolate 6. fold in whipped cream 7. spoon into desired glasses 8. leave in fridge for at least three hours 9. remove, decorate, enjoy |
