Creamy Chipotle-Black Bean Dip |

This is a simple dip that my friend Kelli made for us. It not only tastes great, but is good for using up leftover canned Chipotle peppers! Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup prepared black bean dip |
1 teaspoon minced chipotle chile in adobo |
1 teaspoon adobo sauce, from can |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
