from Campbells Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast , cut into strips |
3 c chopped frozen broccoli |
1 red pepper, sliced |
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 c water |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
3 c minute rice, cooked |
Directions:
1. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Stir fry chicken until browned. Add broccoli, pepper, soup, water & soy sauce and simmer while preparing rice. 2. Prepare rice according to package instructions. 3. Serve creamy chicken mixture over rice. |
