Creamy Chicken, Spinach and Rice Cassarole |

Can be fixed with cream cheese or cream sauce Ingredients:
1 chicken breast |
1 cup white rice |
1 cup spinach |
1 cup milk |
2 tbs. margarine |
4 tbs. flour |
1 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken breast, reserve broth. Let cool. 2. Using broth, make a cream sauce, stir in spinach. 3. Cook white rice with salt and pepper. 4. Debone chicken, stir into cream sauce. Add rice, along with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and a touch of garlic. |
