Campbell's Kitchen wants to keep your kitchen cool this summer with this tasty pasta salad. Ingredients:
chill time 3 hours |
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) campbell's® healthy request® condensed cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup water |
2 tbsp. dijon-style mustard |
1 tbsp. vinegar |
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper |
4 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked without salt |
2 stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup) |
1 cup diced tomato |
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, yogurt, water, mustard, vinegar and pepper with a whisk or fork in a large bowl. Add the pasta, celery, tomato and chicken, tossing until well coated. 2. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 3 hours. Stir |
