2 chicken breasts (cubed) |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1 can chopped tomato |
1 onion |
1/2 cup single cream |
1 clove garlic |
salt and pepper (to season) |
any pasta (amount as required) |
Directions:
1. chop and fry onion in oil for a few mins. 2. Add chicken and garlic and season, cook for about 10 mins over medium heat. 3. Add all spices and cook for a further 3 minutes. 4. Add tin of tomatoes stir and cook on low heat until chicken cooked for about 15-20 minutes. 5. add cream and heat through for a few mins. 6. serve on chosen pasta. |
