Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped |
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup |
1 can(s) rotel red tomatoes & green chilies (undrained) |
1 container(s) 8oz fat-free sour cream |
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar chese (divided) |
1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese (divided) |
6 tortillas 8 1/2 |
2 cup(s) cubed chicken breast |
Directions:
1. )Saute onions & cook chicken. 2. ) Add onions, soup, Rotel, sour cream, 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. motzarella cheese; mix well and let melt together in pan. 3. ) Put 3 tablespons of the mixture on each tortilla, top with 1/3 c. chicken 4. ) Roll up, and place SEAM SIDE DOWN in 9x13 dish coated with cooking spray. 5. ) Top with remaining sauce & cheese. 6. ) Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes |
