I got this from my Campbell's newsletter. Sounds really good and I just had to share. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 to 6) |
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) campbell's® condensed cream of broccoli soup (regular or 98% fat free) |
1/3 c. milk |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained |
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs |
2 tbs. butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Place the chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch shallow baking dish. 3. Mix the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl and pour over the chicken. 4. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture. 5. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place the chicken on a serving plate. 6. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken. |
