Received from a friend, sounds great! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 to 6) |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup (regular or 98% fat free) |
1/3 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Place the chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch shallow baking dish. 2. Mix the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl and pour over the chicken. 3. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture. 4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 5. Place the chicken on a serving plate. 6. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken. Serves 4. |
