Chicken breasts are coated with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, then topped with a creamy garlic-mushroom sauce featuring Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of broccoli soup (regular or 98% fat free) |
1/3 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Place the chicken in a 13x9x2-inch shallow baking dish. Mix the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl and pour over the chicken. 2. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place the chicken on a serving plate. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken. |
