Creamy Chicken and Chilies Casserole |

This is a quick and easy weeknight meal with great flavor. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
2 tomatoes, peeld and diced |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish. 2. Combine cheese and next 3 ingredients, and pour over chicken. 3. Sprinkle with chilies. 4. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. 5. Serve over rice. |
