This is my friend's recipe; it is creamy smooth. The best part about this cheese log is that you can freeze it. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container imperial cheese |
1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
1 cup pecans, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together. 2. Chill for 1 hour. 3. Shape inot logs or Ball. 4. Roll in chopped nuts. 5. Can be frozen. 6. Serve with crackers. |
