My favorite cheese dip. Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage |
2 lbs velveeta cheese, cut into cubes |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies, drained |
Directions:
1. In a large saucpan, brown sausage and drain fat. 2. Add cubed cheeses, soup and Rotel. 3. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese are melted. |
