I actually came up with this recipe when I didn't have enough of one type of cheese. It turned out delicious! Ingredients:
8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed |
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Melt cheeses together in microwave. 2. Add Rotel and spices. 3. Continue to microwave until hot. 4. Serve with tortilla chips. |
