Creamy Celery Salad Dressing |

This is an easy and tasty salad dressing I usually make for my layered catered salads. I usually make a beautiful garden salad with lots of great veggies, top it with my Italian pasta salad and then crown it with my ham or chicken salad. Read more . I serve this on the side. It is always a hit. Ingredients:
3 stalks celery |
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon celery seed |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
1clove garlic |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon creole spice |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water(more if needed) |
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, finely chop celery, garlic, and green onions.
2. Place in a bowl and whisk in the water, celery seed,celery salt, cracked pepper, vinegar, sugar and creole spice, mixing well.
3. Whisk in oil and mayonnaise and continue to whisk until well blended.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
