A recipe that my grandmother makes a lot, never thought I liked cauliflower until I had this. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
4 green onions, sliced |
2 celery ribs, diced |
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 cup ranch dressing |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
cooked and crumbled bacon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Separate 1 head of cauliflower into florets, and coarsely chop. 2. Combine florets, green onions, and next four ingredients. 3. Toss with bacon. |
