Creamy cauliflower Chef Boutsy style Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
3 tablespoons plain flour |
1 pint milk |
1 pinch nutmeg |
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped |
salt |
pepper |
1 cup cheese, grated (your choice) |
1 cup cream |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Cut the cauliflower into flourettes. 2. Boil the cauliflower until very tender. Drain and put in an oven proof dish. 3. Bachamel sauce:. 4. Melt butter, add flour, salt, pepper, milk, cheese and cream. 5. Mix 2 eggs and pinch of nutmeg and then add to the cauliflower. 6. Pour bachamel sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle fresh chopped dill. 7. Place in the oven of 160 degrees for 2 minutes or until the top is brown. 8. Serve with salad. |
