Ingredients:
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind |
1 (5.3-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free greek yogurt |
2 1/2 cups (1-inch) cubed peeled cantaloupe, frozen |
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. 2. Remove center piece of blender lid; secure lid on blender. With blender on, drop cantaloupe cubes, 1 at a time, through center of blender lid; process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
