Creamy Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cup(s) coarsely chopped butternut squash
4 cup(s) chicken broth
1/5 teaspoon(s) each salt and pepper
1/2 cup(s) milk
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion, stirring until softened. Add squash and cook, stirring, for five minutes.
2. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until squash is tender. Puree squash in a food processor or mash in a bowl using a potato masher or fork. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
