1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk |
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon celery seed |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon snipped chives |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients. 2. Store refrigerated up to 4 days. 3. One serving= 1 tbsp. |
