My identical twin granddaughters absolutely love this dish! Sometimes when they spend the night they get a little hungry before they go to bed and they ask for noodles . Since this dish is so easy to make the girls can have them anytime! Read more ! The noodles in this No Drain recipe are creamy and delicious and you'll never want to use another noodle recipe again! You can use chicken broth instead of the bouillon cubes but I don't think it turns out as well. Ingredients:
2 wyler's chicken bouillon cubes |
2 cups water |
1/2 cup butter (not margarine) |
8 ounces egg noodles |
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized pot with a lid, bring water, boullion cubes and 1/2 stick of butter to boil using med to high heat 2. Add egg noodles 3. Cover pot and simmer until noodles are desired texture (6 - 10 minutes). 4. During last minute of cooking add remaining 1/2 stick of butter and stir until melted. |
