From Vern's Cheese. Tip: Shred the Brick cheese when it is just out of the refrigerator and still cold. Ingredients:
8 ounces wisconsin brick cheese, shredded |
8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese, softened |
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine Brick cheese, cream cheese and hot pepper sauce; blend until smooth. 2. Spread on cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread or crisp crackers or bagel chips. Warm in microwave oven if desired. |
