Creamy Blue Cheese French-Style Dressing |

Plan ahead this dressing must be chilled for 6 hours or more before using. The mayonnaise is only optional-add in for a more creamy dressing. Ingredients:
2/3 cup ketchup |
1 cup white sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/3 cup onion, chopped |
1 -2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional or to taste) |
salt and black pepper (to taste) |
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except the blue cheese, salt and pepper in the food processor; process until well blended and smooth. 2. Mix in the blue cheese, then season with black pepper and salt to taste. 3. Place in a glass jar and cover tightly. 4. Chill for a minimum of 6 hours before using. |
