Creamy Blackberry Streusel Topped Pie |

Another great summertime favorite. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups fresh blackberries |
1 unbaked (9-inch)deep-dish pie shell |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup sour cream |
*topping |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup all purpose flour |
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place the berries in the pie shell 3. Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl and mix well 4. Add eggs and sour cream and stir until blended 5. Spoon the mixture over the blackberries 6. For the topping, combine flour & sugar and mix well. 7. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. 8. Sprinkle evenly over the sour cream mixture 9.
