This is a dip I made for a cinco de mayo party and everyone loved it! They couldn't stop eating it! Ingredients:
8 oz. lite cream cheese - softened |
1 - 8 0z. pkg. jalapeno cheddar cheese - shredded |
3/4 cup fat free sour cream |
2 tsp. onion powder |
2 - 15 oz. cans blackbeans - drained and rinsed |
1 - 16 oz. jar mild salsa |
2 green onions - chopped |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except the green onions, into a food processor and process til smooth. 2. Pour into a microwave safe dish. 3. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. 4. Stir well and microwave for another 2 minutes or til heated through. 5. Stir again. 6. Sprinkle the top with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips. |
