CREAMY BEEF ROLLUPS DATED 1966 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Roanoke, Texas in 1984. This is a regular when I need a quick appetizer. Read more . Yummy. Ingredients:
8 ounce packet cream cheese softened |
2 tablespoons horseradish |
2-1/4 ounce dried beef |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and horseradish. 2. Spread mixture on double dried beef slices. 3. Roll up. 4. Chill and slice into 1-inch rolls. |
