Creamy Beef-and-Pasta Sauce Dip |

Ingredients:
1 pound extra-lean ground beef |
1/2 onion, chopped |
vegetable cooking spray |
1 (26-ounce) jar low-fat pasta sauce |
1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook beef and onion in a large skillet coated with cooking spray until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Remove beef mixture from skillet, and drain well; wipe skillet with a paper towel. 2. Add pasta sauce and next 3 ingredients to skillet; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in beef mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with baked tortilla chips, carrots, or celery sticks. |
