1. Add olive oil to hot saute/frying pan.
2. Saute onion slices till translucent and add diced garlic. Stir for one minute to flavor oil.
3. Stir in two cans of beans with liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and stir often over 30 minutes until some of the beans have become creamy.
5. Place spinach over the top and cover for 5 minutes. The spinach will wilt and can then be stirred into the beans. Taste for proper seasoning.
6. Serve as a side dish to chicken or pork.
7. Enjoy.
