This quick cheese spread can be made ahead and chilled or just whipped up and served immediately.#151;Jenny Rodriquez, Pasco, Washington Ingredients:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened |
2 cups (8 ounces) crumbled feta cheese |
1 jar (7 ounces) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped |
1 cup minced fresh basil |
wheat crackers |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the feta cheese, tomatoes and basil; beat until combined. Transfer to a serving dish; chill until serving. Serve with crackers. Yield: 4 cups. |
