We love this pie. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cold nonfat milk |
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant banana pudding mix |
2 cups sugar-free whipped topping |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 medium bananas |
1/3 cup fresh blueberries |
1 graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine milk, sour cream and Splenda. 2. Whisk in pudding mix then fold in whipped topping. 3. Place lemon juice in a small bowl. 4. Slice bananas into juice and stir gently to coat. 5. Set aside 1/3 cup, spoon remaining banana slices into the crust. 6. Top with pudding mixture, blueberries and reserved banana slices. 7. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. |
