Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is a very simple delicious dressing that I got the idea for at a local restaurant here in Baltimore. I hadn't had any other Balsamic Vinagarettes like it so I had to make my own. I came pretty close and think this tastes wonderful! On top of some spring mix salad, with feta or goat cheese and some tomatoes.... HEAVEN!!!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a sealable container and shake until well blended and a nice caramel color. Let sit for about 15 minutes, shake again before using. Within 3 days or discard.
