This is a creamy salad dressing/dip for the health minded. It contains very little fat - and it's super healthy and filling! Ingredients:
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained |
chicken stock - low sodium |
minced garlic |
balsamic vinegar - about 2 tbsp |
extra virgin olive oil |
salt pepper - season to taste |
Directions:
1. Puree beans with chicken stock & garlic. 2. Add vinegar (or any flavor desired) 3. season to taste 4. drizzle in olive oil to desired consistency 5. Try a variety of flavors of vinegars, add mustard - I've added hummus - let your imagination run wild!! |
