Creamy Baked Tomatoes

Mmmm... a great side for mac and cheese.
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes (extra large)
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 tablespoons double cream (heavy)
50 g grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Halve the tomatoes and place each half in the well of a muffin or yorkshire pudding tin.
2. Sprinkle with basil and seasoning.
3. Bake at 200C/400F for 10 minutes.
4. Spoon over cream and top with the cheese.
5. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
