flavorful and healthy low carb/low fat dressing Ingredients:
1 avocado (one haas or half florida avocado) |
1 oz white wine vinegar (rice wine vinegar) |
1/4 tsp white pepper |
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (cajun pepper spice blend) |
3 oz water |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp soy sauce (ginger soy marinade) |
1 tsp splenda (4 liquid stevia drops) |
1/3 scallion |
Directions:
1. blend all ingredients to desired consistency(I actually shake the avocado with the other ingredients in a salad dressing shaker, adding water only as needed to achieve desired consistency. It's not as smooth, but, I like to find chunks of avocado in the salad.) |
