I make this the night before. When I get home from work, I just put in the oven and dinner's ready in an hour! Ingredients:
1 20 oz pkg ore-ida frozen hash browns (w/green peppers & onions) |
1 8oz pkg cream cheese |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
1 2 c pkg mozzarella/cheddar cheese combined |
1 t minced garlic |
sliced kilbasa, cubed ham, or whatever you like. |
Directions:
1. In large bowl mix soup and room temperature cream cheese until smooth. 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well so meat and potatoes are covered with soup mixture. 3. Spray 9x13 pan 4. Bake 400* for 1 hr. 5. Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes before serving. 6. Enjoy! |
