Creamy Artichoke Cheese Dip |

This is such an easy dip to make. I prefer to place it in my crock pot and keep it on warm during a get together. I serve it with crispy pieces of thinly sliced french bread or with toasted pita bread slices. Ingredients:
1 jar of artichoke hearts (drained and rinsed and coarsely chopped) |
2 cups of mayonnaise |
3 tbsp of unsalted butter |
1 12 oz package of finely shred parmesean cheese |
1 12 oz package of finely shred mozerella cheese |
2 tbsp of garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Butter the inside of a crock pot. 2. Add in artichoke hearts, mayo, garlic powder, butter cubes, parmesean cheese and mozerella cheeses. 3. Stir and bake in your crockpot on medium for 1 hour then turn the heat on low and keep simmering for as long as you wish. 4. This ooey gooey cheesy dip is delicious with french bread crisps or pita. |
