                    A Tart, creamy unique slaw that is great with grilled pork or chicken. Always a hit. Everyone leaves with the recipe. Chill for at least an hour to give the flavors time to marry. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/3 c heavy cream  |  
                                                1/4 c apple cider vinegar  |  
                                                2 t olive oil  |  
                                                2 t sugar  |  
                                                2 t dijon mustard  |  
                                                1/2 t kosher salt  |  
                                                4 c coleslaw mix  |  
                                                2 granny smith apples, grated  |  
                                                1/4 c chopped fresh parlesy  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Wisk together cream, vineagr, oil, sugar, mustard and salt in a large bowl 2. Add coleslaw mix, apples and parsley 3. Toss with dressing to coat 4. Chill for at least an hour                              |
