This recipe is from Cuisine Tonight. It's easy to make and a wonderful side dish for spicy barbequed pork sandwiches. You could also use broccoli slaw in the preparation. Ingredients:
1/3 cup heavy cream |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
4 cups coleslaw mix |
2 granny smith apples, grated |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Whisk cream, vinegar, oil, sugar, dijon and salt together in a large bowl. 2. Add coleslaw mix, apple, and parsley; toss with dressing to coat. 3. The slaw may be chilled for up to one hour before serving. |
