CREAMY APPLE DRESSING This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Fogerty Estate in Amarillo, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate thawed |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1-1/4 teaspoons salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
