I created this simple recipe when I had an abundance of apples in my house, and a taste for peanut butter. Everyone who tries it can't believe how simple it is. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt |
1 apple, cored and sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter and vanilla yogurt in a small bowl until smooth. Serve with the sliced apple. |
