An old classic I tried to make a tad healthier. If you're going to say Screw it! skip the sugar and vanilla and use some ice cream instead. Either way, it's quite yummy and a simple treat to whip up on a hot day. Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice |
2 cups plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (up it a bit according to preference) |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse until the ice is crushed. |
