3 cups half-and-half |
2/3 cup fresh orange juice |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until sugar dissolves. Cover and refigerate 1 hour. Transfer to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer instructions. |
