Easy, rich and delicious creamy veggie soup! Great served with biscuits or crackers!! Ingredients:
2 or 3 cans mixed veggies |
3 pints heavy whipping cream |
2 cups hot water |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1/2 tsp onion powder or onion flakes |
1 tsp butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water (making broth) 2. Mash veggies and put in soup pot 3. Add butter, garlic powder, onion powder or flakes to mashed veggies 4. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil 5. Lower heat and add whipping cream 6. Simmer until heated thoroughly but not boiling 7. Salt and pepper to taste!! |
