Quick and Easy and Delicous! Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach |
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened |
12 ounces shredded parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Thaw spinach. 2. Combine to thawed spinach softened cream cheese; 10 oz. shredded parmeasan cheese; 1/2 t. nutmeg; 1/4 t. salt; 1/8 t. pepper; 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted); stir until combined. 3. Put all the ingredients in a greased casserole dish. 4. Sprinkle remaining 2 oz of parmeasan cheese on top. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
