This is a simple and good way to make this side dish.My family loves it and they don't like spinach normally.But they love it made this way. Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen chopped spinach |
1 can of cream of mushroom soup |
1 tbsp.of butter |
2-4 ounces of velvetta cheese(optional) |
garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Cook the spinach as directed on the package. 2. Drain well. 3. In a saucepan ,heat butter,mushroom soup,spinach and cheese to low boil, 4. stirring1-5 minutes till cheese melts, 5. add garlic salt to taste. |
