This version is still creamy, but lower in fat than others. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach |
1 small onion |
1/4-1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese |
1/4-1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook spinach according to package directions. 2. Saute onion. 3. Drain spinach and combine with all other ingredients. |
